Avocado Egg Salad Recipe

  • Servings 1
  • Passive Time 5 minutes


  • 1 Egg (Hard-boiled)
  • 1/2 Avocado (diced
  • 2 slices bacon (crumbled)
  • Juice from ½ a lemon
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)


  1. Slightly mash the avocado.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Dice the hard-boiled egg and add it to the avocado.
  4. Add the bacon, mix gently to combine.
  5. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
